We are a manufacturer of premium quality sausages under USDA inspection for wholesale distribution.

Over the course of the second half of 2010 we will be bringing to market a variety of sausage products including our flagship Swedish Potato Sausage, Teriyaki Chicken Sausage, and Jalepeno Cheddar Brats, along with a variety of bulk sausages. We also can custom make sausages for individual vendors.

Currently our products are available at C&L Locker Co., Troy Market in Troy, ID, The  Big Store in Tensed, ID, the Moscow Food Co-op,  and Rosauer’s Supermarkets in Moscow, Idaho, Lewiston, Idaho, and Colfax, Washington ,  Albertson’s in Lewiston, Idaho andDissmore’s IGA in Pullman, WA .Enjoy our wares in a ready to eat fashion at The Alehouse, Patty’s Mexican Kitchen , Mikey’s Gyros, and  Bloom in Moscow!!  As our distribution grows we will post availability here on the website.
